A simple tool that does one thing well: turns your documents into spreadsheets you can actually use.
Built by Carlos Altamirano — CleanTably.com
Every business has the same problem. Invoices arrive as PDFs. Receipts come as photos. Bank statements download as scanned images. And someone has to sit there and retype all that data into a spreadsheet, line by line, field by field.
It's slow. It's error-prone. And it's a waste of time that could be spent on work that actually matters.
We built CleanTably because there had to be a better way. Not a complicated enterprise platform with a sales team and a 6-month onboarding. Just a tool you open in your browser, drop a file into, and get a clean spreadsheet back.
CleanTably converts any document — PDF, image, or scan — into a clean Excel spreadsheet using AI. It reads the structure of your document, identifies the data, and organizes it into rows and columns you can work with immediately.
It handles invoices, receipts, bank statements, purchase orders, letters, tables, forms — anything with structured data that belongs in a spreadsheet.
Three steps. Under 10 seconds.
No waiting for batch processing. No queues. You upload, the AI reads your document, and you download the result. That's it.
We're an early-stage tool, and we believe in being upfront about that. Here's what we stand behind:
Privacy first. Your files are purged from our servers after processing. We don't store your documents, we don't build databases of your data, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
Security built in. Every file transfer uses 256-bit TLS encryption. Documents are processed by automated systems only — no human ever sees your files.
Honest about what we are. CleanTably is a young product. It handles most documents well, and it's getting better every week. If something doesn't convert perfectly, we'd rather you know that upfront than find out after.
Read more about how we protect your data on our Security page, or review our Privacy Policy.
Upload a document and see for yourself. If CleanTably saves you time, great. If not, you haven't given up an email address or installed anything to find out.
