CleanTably is built for documents as they actually arrive — not just clean digital exports.
Machine-generated PDFs from accounting software, billing systems, or email — fastest processing, highest accuracy. Text is read directly from the file.
Examples: QuickBooks exports, email invoices, system-generated statements.
Physical documents run through a scanner or photographed with a phone. We handle low contrast, slight rotation, and imperfect scans. Accuracy scales with clarity.
Tip: Good lighting and a flat surface improve results significantly.
Clearly printed handwriting processes well. Dense cursive or mixed handwritten/printed documents may require review. We'll extract what we can and flag the rest.
Printed block letters work best. Cursive signatures are skipped.
