Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using CleanTably ("Service"), operated by CleanTably ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CleanTably, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CleanTably provides a web-based tool to convert PDF and image files (invoices, receipts, and similar documents) into structured, editable spreadsheet formats (Excel / CSV). The Service is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the Service.
• Use the Service to process files you do not own or have explicit authorization to process.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design elements of CleanTably are the exclusive property of CleanTably and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any files you upload. We claim no ownership over your documents or the data extracted from them.

5. Data Handling and Privacy

Files you upload are processed to extract structured data and are deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not store, sell, or share your uploaded documents or their contents. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CleanTably does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that conversion results will be perfectly accurate for every document type.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanTably shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business interruption.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
